Zhia is currently Of Counsel to the law firm of Flynn & Rismiller, LLC and is licensed to practice in the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia. She focuses her practice in the following areas:

• Divorce/Custody/Domestic Violence
• Guardian Ad Litem appointment
• Mediation/Settlement Conference Facilitation

Zhia is also an Adjunct Law Professor at Villa Julie College. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2004, and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal/Pre-Law Studies from Villa Julie College in 2001. Zhia has also received certification as a mediator and settlement conference facilitator.
