Syed manges our full-service IRS and State Tax Representation Department. Syed received his MBA from Harvard University and has been a licensed, practicing CPA for over 15 years. Since early 2006 Syed has helped numerous clients get the IRS off their backs and his success rate is phenomenal.

He resolves levy and lien issues, sets up payment plans, and helps our clients set up alternative tax offers/offer in compromise for our clients. One of his major specialties is reconstructing tax returns for clients who have little to no documentation by liaising with the IRS and pouring over bank statements to find those missing deductions and income. Syed enjoys a good fight and when it comes to defending the rights of our clients he is on top of his game. There is no cause to large or small for Syed and he will battle to the finish to make sure the client gets a favorable outcome. 

Aside from doing battle with the IRS, Syed is an accomplished teacher. At the early age of 22, he taught upper level MBA classes in Marketing and Accounting at BZ University in Pakistan. Shortly after his teaching excursion Syed published a widely used financial guide book in Pakistan entitled "Money, Banking, and Credit at Your Fingertips." This guide book is still used today at BZ University on the graduate level. Syed is also the author of "How to Build 10-Key Calculator Speed" which is currently available at several major books stores such as Barnes and Noble and Borders as well as online at Amazon.com.
