Richard hails from Boston, MA and after earning his BS in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University in Boston, Richard worked for several years as an executive for a large retail chain all the while fostering and growing his love for taxes. After leaving the retail world, Richard combined his skills in business with his extensive tax background and became a mortgage broker with a large lender based out of New York City. Now in his second year with Tax-Masters, Richard has become an integral part of our team.

Richard spends time both here in the Rockville office and in Boston with his wonderful wife, Robin who is an office manager for a major contracting/construction firm. His daughter Abigail is an accomplished professional dancer who operates a large dancing school in the suburbs of Boston. His son Mike serves here at Tax-Masters as the Director of Operations.

When Richard is not preparing tax returns for his clients, he can be found gardening at his house in Boston, hiking, playing racquet ball, and skiing. Richard has become our “go-to” person around the office when it comes to quirky tax laws and rare regulations.
