Ms. OuYang obtained her bachelor in accounting in 1994 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Also in May 1994, she passed the certified public accountancy exam.

Prior to joining Tax-Masters, Inc, Ms. OuYang was an auditor for KPMG, LLC, for five years. She managed staff auditors and performed financial statement audits for numerous federal government agencies as well as private companies.

Ms. OuYang is proficient with Quickbook Pro and MS Microsoft Office. She is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
